Will Burke is a Discussion Leader at The Organic Center’s 5th Annual Bay Area Celebration

The Organic Center, an organization that helps consumers, policy makers, researchers and the media understand the benefits that organic products provide to society, is throwing their 5th Annual Bay Area Celebration ‘for the Health of Our World’ on September 12th.
Brand Engine is a sponsor of both events during the celebration. In addition, Will Burke is a discussion leader at the morning’s ‘Entrepreneur’s Open Forum’, which will focus on strategies for healthy business growth. Will Burke has been invited to participate in AIGA Reno Tahoe’s Principal Display Panel in North Tahoe on August 20th.

Will Burke’s Article on Package Structure Featured in Shelf Impact!
Monday, July 13th, 2009Will Burke was invited to contribute to Shelf Impact’s guest authored column, and his article, “Package Structure: A Brand Manager’s Investment in the Brand Experience” is featured in the July 9th newsletter.
The article focuses on how package structure is an often overlooked opportunity for brands to reinforce their brand story and core qualities with their customer. It goes on to discuss that a unique structure shape and material is an investment in the company and will produce multiple returns, including increased sales from both existing and new customers and packaging production efficiencies.

Brand Engine Awarded the 2009 Best of Sausalito Award for Second Consecutive Year by the US Local Business Association

The “Best of Local Business” Award Program recognizes outstanding local businesses throughout the country. Each year, the US Local Business Association (USLBA) identifies companies that they believe have achieved exceptional marketing success in their local community and business category. These businesses are local companies that enhance the positive image of small business through service to their customers and community.
Brand Engine was recently selected to receive the 2009 Best of Sausalito Award in the Graphic Arts category for the second consecutive year. Winners are determined based on the information gathered both internally by the USLBA and data provided by third parties. Nationwide, only 1.4% of 2008 Award recipients qualified as 2009 winners.

The American Design Awards Selects Brand Engine as a Featured Design Firm
Monday, March 30th, 2009The American Design Awards offers an ethical platform for designers to showcase their work, and exhibit their creativity and talent, marketability and effectiveness, as well as practicality and general design abilities. Brand Engine impressed the judges as a previous winner of an American Design Award, and was selected as a featured design firm under their ‘Spotlight Review’.
