Little Bug's redesign goals focused on better communicating the premium, natural taste appeal and the benefits of the locavore philosophy of sustainability and short distance from farm to table.Brand Engine implemented an illustrative “window-like” bulls-eye treatment that delivers the value of the “one” pure ingredient while the powerful green background creates the natural land connection and consistent billboarding. The kraft box and sleeve overwrap packaging improve freezer protection and support the sustainable positioning.
Results: Distribution and sales increased, capturing high-end natural markets, including Whole Foods. The new structure improved manufacturing efficiencies, reducing its footprint and reinforcing the brand’s position.
